General mission

To support the project that optimizes processes resolves issues, and ensures smooth daily operations.

Missions/responsibilities

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 

Ensure efficient and timely support specifically to the Technical Specialist and the our project overall, within the domains of their day-to-day business operation. Which includes;

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.

  • Support in progress reporting of the project, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Support communication with Project Officers in Thatta & Swat and other consortium partners

  • Support communication with stakeholders including the government departments and maintain effective interactions.

  • Help schedule meetings/events, prepare correspondence, and manage follow-ups.

  • Aid in reading and analyzing reports, doing literature reviews, and compiling concept notes.

  • Provide support materials and assistance as needed for the program.

Job characteristics & general Mission:

  • Familiarity and/or experience with NGOs and international organizations will be preferred

  • Knowledge/experience of Physical Rehabilitation and Health Systems in Pakistan 

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and meet short deadlines

  • Must be a self-starter, responsible, mature, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Good communication skills, good command of written and spoken English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Willing to work in the office as well as to travel to the field when required

  • Willing to work in a team as well as independently

Skills:

  • Language skills, Urdu and English.

  • DPT/ Graduates of any Rehabilitation-related profession, MPH degree holders are also encouraged to apply.
