The Field Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of student assessments across various regions in Pakistan. The role requires effective management of field operations, ensuring assessments are conducted in line with project timelines, standards, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for student assessments across multiple regions.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of assessment activities.
- Ensure all logistics, materials, and resources are in place for timely assessments.
- Ensure proper training for field teams
- Monitor the assessment process to ensure it adheres to established protocols and standards.
- Supervise and support field teams.
- Compile and report on progress, challenges, and outcomes of the assessments.
- Ensure the quality of the assessment process at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing education programs, preferably in student assessment or evaluation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
