Relevant Experience:

 Bachelors or Masters degree from any recognized university with having 2 or 3 years of experience in relevant field. 

Job Description:

Program Office is supposed to Supports Senior Program Officer in following up the design, planning, and implementation of the projects;

• Conducts field activities with the team and shares observations with Senior Programme Officer and Programme coordinator;
• Documents observations, impact of projects, suggests strengths and areas of improvement of projects based on field visits;
• Ensure strong documentation and providing support in preparing training reports, lessons learnt documentation, stories of change and other program related documentation when required.
• Supporting  SPO for collecting, managing, and maintaining of program data in both soft and hard copies in a timely manner.
• Supporting SPO for mobilization and selection of target participants for trainings/workshops/activities.
• Supporting SPO in planning and management of trainings/meetings with government departments and relevant ministries in at Provincial and Federal Level.
• Close coordination and follow up with project participants & stakeholders; other projects and departments within the organization.
• Ensure value for money in execution of program activities.
• Timely reporting to supervisor about any developments in advocacy efforts and timely pursue for advice, if and when needed.
• Contribute in brainstorming sessions for developing new ideas, proposals, and concept notes under the ambit of EIP Portfolio.
• Supports the administrative and operational requirements of the program as needed;
• Carries out such other duties as assigned by the Senior Program Officer or any other program person

The responsibilities listed above covers most of the tasks that would be performed by the individual in this position; however, the  Program Officer can also be assigned any other Official task by RR/Management as and when required.
