Role Overview: The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation of the in the Khairpur and Ghotki districts. The role includes planning, executing, monitoring, and closing the project while ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Project Plans:
• Create detailed project schedules, including milestones and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Implement project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) for tracking progress.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with local partners, and community leaders to ensure project alignment.
• Organize regular stakeholder meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with all project members.
• Quality Control and Monitoring:
• Establish and monitor KPIs for project activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to NFEs to assess project implementation.
• Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track project metrics.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a risk register and conduct periodic reviews.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including financial and narrative aspects.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale education or skills development projects.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
