Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in development sector, especially in implementation of projects on themes including rule of law, democratic just governance, gender based violence, youth development, citizens engagement, peace and resilience.
- At least half of which should have been related to coordination, project management, community outreach, government liaison and organizing of events.
- Active social media user specially Instagram, twitter, Facebook, you tube, v-logging on different social & political issues.
Job Description:
- Mobilize, engage, and liaise with project partners, including parliamentarians, government officials, media, and community members, to support project activities.
- Assist the project manager in developing content for mobilization activities, capacity building, policy dialogue, conventions, and related events.
- Help plan, monitor, and manage program activities for the assigned project.
- Ensure strong documentation and timely reporting of the program. Assist in preparing reports, lessons learned, change stories, and other documentation.
- Properly document learnings, take quality pictures/videos, and gather testimonials.
- Collect, manage, and maintain program data in both digital and physical formats promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders through networking and promoting project activities.
- Coordinate with key external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project activities.
- Support the project team in achieving project results.
- Lead and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences, trainings, and other activities relevant to the project.
- Organize project meetings, including preparing agendas, working papers, logistical arrangements, minute-taking, and follow-up.
- Prepare and submit relevant activity reports for the project team.
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager based on organizational and programming needs.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in social sciences or any relevant field of education.
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding and Skills around program management & reporting.
- Experience in partnership and network management.
- Ability to travel on short-notice.
- Excellent Writing & Drafting skills.
- Pro-active in communication & information sharing.
Language:
- Excellent command of English, Urdu – verbal and written
