Scope of Work: We are seeking the services of a well-reputed consultancy firm to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the foundational elements of our institution:

1. Philosophy Development:
• Define a distinctive educational philosophy aligned with modern pedagogical approaches.
• Identify core values that resonate with our vision and mission.
2. Sustainable Business Model:
• Devise a financially viable and sustainable business model for long-term success.
• Provide recommendations for revenue streams, cost optimization, and investment strategies.
3. Curriculum Design:
• Craft a base framework that helps in designing a futuristic and adaptable curriculum to cater for the needs of the target community.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology for an enriching learning experience.
4. Market Analysis:
