CARE Pakistan is seeking a qualified consultancy firm to conduct the Endline Evaluation of the She Feeds the World (SFtW) Project, funded by the PepsiCo Foundation. This project aims to enhance food security, nutrition, and women’s economic empowerment by improving access to productive resources, inclusive markets, and sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Objectives of the Consultancy:

✅ Assess project performance, impact, and sustainability
✅ Evaluate gender equity and women’s empowerment outcomes
✅ Identify best practices and lessons learned
✅ Provide actionable recommendations for future interventions

Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 Registered consultancy firm with at least 5 years of relevant experience
🔹 Proven track record in agriculture, WASH, gender equality, and M&E
🔹 Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
🔹 Ability to deploy experienced field teams for data collection

Deliverables:

📌 Inception report & data collection tools
📌 Survey datasets and analysis reports
📌 Final evaluation report with recommendations
📌 Presentation of key findings
