Job Title: Admin & Finance Officer
Job Description:
Report To: Finance & Operation Manager
Core Responsibilities: Finance Officer’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
The Finance Officer will be responsible to:
- Act as Finance Officer under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager/Manager Operations.
- Brief and liaise with the Finance Officer/Manager on Financial matters including submission of petty cash journal statements duly endorsed by the Project Manager.
- Purchase office stationary / supplies following the administrative guidelines to maintain transparency.
- Issue office stationery to field staff including maintenance of record.
- Receive all incoming correspondences related to Field activities and take appropriate / timely action.
- Maintain all admin / finance files for record purposes.
- Maintain leave and attendance record of the field staff.
- Act as transport in-charge of the office including maintenance of vehicles and supervision of drivers.
- Act as petty cash custodian, including maintenance of Petty Cash Journal and its submission to Finance Section for reconciliation and replenishment.
- Perform any other ad hoc duty assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification:
Master’s preferably in Commerce/Economics/BBA/MBA/ACCA
- At least 05 years’ experience of admin and accounts handling
- Computer knowledge is essential.
Note: Positions will be filled on rolling basis.
