JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead Survey and Installation team to efficiently execute small to large scale Solar Projects. Also, manage and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Location Analysis & Feasibility Report for Installation of Solar System.
- Develop Technical & Financial Proposals (which includes Quotation, Simulation Reports, Shading Analysis, Sketchup/Helioscope Design, Data Sheets of equipment) for clients based on design and survey of their respective site.
- Manage and facilitate Procurement of material and equipment required for completion of projects.
- Data Analysis of the Installed Projects i.e. Generation/ Working of Solar System (kWH) etc. Project Costing, Profit Analysis on the basis of equipment required for installation.
- Prepare Application for Net-Metering & getting sites Inspected by IESCO (P&I and M&T Department), NEPRA License and Installation of Bi-Directional Meter. Manage Documentation of Alternative Energy Development Board and Pakistan Engineering Council.
- Handle Clients Pre & Post Installation of Sites as Technical Sales Representative and
Establish and Maintain relationships with Vendors.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track and Evaluate Project Performance and delegate project tasks to team members, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term business goals.
- Manage Bank Financing Application Submission & Queries. Drafting Contracts/ Agreements and delivery of Documents.
- Supervise Residential, Commercial and Government Projects with frequent Site Visits as required.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors or Mastersdegreein Electrical Engineering from HEC recognized university is required. PEC registered Engineer.
Experience
- Atleast3 years of hands-on Survey & Installation experience from the Solar Industry sector is a must, along with Project Management experience would be preferred.

- Working Knowledge of Site Survey Analysis and Feasibility Report Writing for Solar Systems
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Structure Design & Modelling skills
- Hands-on Data Analysis and Financial skills
- Ability to work flexibly with strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong MS Office skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Advanced Working Knowledge of Solar System Design Software Applications such as; Helioscope, PVsyst, Sketchup etc.
- Strong Work Ethics and Ability to maintain Confidentiality at all times
- Excellent Business Communications andPresentation Skills
