At least 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or MSME improvement, covering workplace organisation, 5S, lean tools, process mapping, layout and material flow, time-and-motion studies, productivity improvement, downtime and changeover reduction, quality improvement, and preparation of practical action plans, layouts and SOPs. Basic experience in workplace health and safety will be preferred.
