Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  1. The Director Systems & Analytics will perform their duties under the supervision of the Country Director.
  2. Provide technical solutions for continuous improvement of current and new reporting and analytical systems.
  3. The individual would support the overall ID-MIS framework through designing and maintaining various portals to align their respective functions with stakeholder’s requirement.
  4. Hold consultative meetings with NIH, CMU and FDI along to carry out a need analysis and to consequently explore possibilities that can help in planning and implementation of ID-MIS.
  5. Provide high level technical support to Pakistan ID-MIS and LMIS users by leading team of technical support experts.
  6. Lead the development of an integrated single dashboard for combined data analytics under the umbrella of health informatics platform.
  7. Expand the data coverage of lab diagnostic data with collaboration with NIH and MoNHSR&C.
  8. Support the design and implementation of C19-RM activities.
  9. Any other task as assigned by Supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in health informatics, public health, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in health information management, data analysis, project management, or a related role.
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in the implementation and utilization of Contraceptive LMIS, ECR module, DHIS, and LHW MIS.
  4. Proficiency in developing integrated dashboards and analytics using relevant tools and technologies.
  5. Demonstrated experience in driving best practices, quality improvement, and innovation within health projects or programs.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor activities to achieve results.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  9. Experience in training and capacity building related to health information systems and best practices.
  10. Knowledge of family planning programs and reproductive health is a plus.
  11. Ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and inspire others to embrace change and innovation.
  12. Strong organizational and time management skills.
