Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies that align with project objectives and target audiences.
  • Creating content for project communication materials, including newsletters, social media, press releases, and other project publications.
  • Managing project branding and ensuring that all communication materials adhere to project branding guidelines.
  • Coordinating and facilitating project events and meetings, such as workshops, conferences, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders, including partners, donors, beneficiaries, and the media.
  • Preparing and submitting project reports to donors and other stakeholders, ensuring that reports are of high quality, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Supporting project monitoring and evaluation activities, including collecting and analyzing data and preparing monitoring and evaluation reports.
  • Conducting research on best practices for communication and reporting in the development sector and making recommendations to improve project communication and reporting.
  • Any task assigned by the Management.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant area.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Command of Microsoft office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce high-quality communication materials and reports.
