General Responsibilities

Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP) is seeking a Communications Coordinator for a donor funded project to overseeing the implementation of both internal and external communication, activities branding and marking strategies. Key responsibilities will include managing internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture and coordinating events such as annual conferences, seminars, and press conferences. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and donor guidelines. Communication Coordinator will directly report to the Project Director while keeping Cheif of Party in loop.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement behavior change communication (BCC) campaign, intellectual resource materials including information, education, and communication (IEC) and script for the short documentaries
  • Define key performance indicators for BCC campaigns which will indicate a campaign's level of success
  • Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
  • Comply with the donor branding and marking guidelines and to establish/create internal communications protocols and initiatives
  • Oversee the creation of marking and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the LPP policies
  • Write and deliver internal newsletter, success stories, video scripts, and press releases
  • Represent the organization at events, seminars, and press conferences
  • Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange project story placement on a national and global level
  • Maintain and handle organizational YouTube channel, Facebook page, and website
  • Serve as a focal person for organizational “Knowledge Hub” and maintain all needful SOPs
  • Provide reviews and inputs in periodic organizational and donor funded project reports
  • Preparation and finalization of organizational and donor reports
  • Content development and design finalization of organizationl website.

 

 

 

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master in Mass Comunication/Media Studies /Public Relation  along with 5+ years prior experience working in a communications role
  • Proven success designing and executing Marketing, branding and communications strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to think analytically and strategically
  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
