Barbud Music is a leading media company dedicated to the production of high-quality music shows and content. As a Content Producer at Barbud Music, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of music-focused shows and content across various platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and execute the creative vision for Barbud Music's portfolio of music shows and content
- Collaborate with the production team, including directors, editors, and sound engineers, to bring content ideas to life
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of music shows and content
- Source and coordinate with musical artists, guest speakers, and other talent for show appearances and performances
- Oversee the production process, including script writing, set design, lighting, and post-production
- Analyze viewer/listener data and feedback to continuously improve the quality and performance of Barbud Music's content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in music production and show creation
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, industry partners, and internal teams
- Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the production team
