EQUIPMENT, ASSETS AND VEHICLES INSURANCE

FY-2023

HI is an independent and impartial international solidarity organization, which intervenes in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflicts and disasters. Working alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, it acts and bears witness, to meet their essential needs, to improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights. In Pakistan Handicap International started interventions right after the earthquake of October 2005 and since continue operations after signing MoU with Economic Affairs Division of Government of Pakistan in Sindh and KPK Province.

Federation Handicap International is inviting quotations for the services mentioned below. All quotations/Proposal must be sent in a sealed envelope not later than 16 December 2022 by 17:00 HRS with complete details like perils covered, gross premium, admin surcharge, F.E.D, FIF, S.D & Net premium).

1.       Insurance of our Assets in Islamabad

Minimum risk to be covered: (Fire & Allied perils, Electric shocks, natural disaster, burglary and theft, riot & strike)

2.       Comprehensive Insurance of Laptops:

Please note that laptops are constantly moving between bases.

3.       Comprehensive Insurance of Mobile Phones:

Please note that Mobile are constantly moving between bases

4.       Insurance of Assets in Islamabad Guest House (Expat Residence)

Quotations must be made on Company’s letterhead with complete details like:

1. Brief details about organization profile
2. Perils covered, gross premium, admin surcharge, FED, FIF, SD and net premium.
3. Number of years of operations
4. Claim procedures including documentation required
5. Other imperative information (if any)
6. At least three references of previous / working clients; with their complete contact detail
