Main responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  2. Greeting office visitors and directing them in the appropriate way.
  3. Coordinating schedules and managing calendars to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
  4. Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
  5. Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
  6. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  8. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  9. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  10. Maintain a document archive for audit purposes 
  11. Communicate with external service providers and vendors during the tendering process
  12. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  13. Any Other Task That Is Assigned by Organization

Skill Set:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Admin and procurement officer or related position.
  2. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
