We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team and take charge of managing human resources for ongoing projects in various social sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective HR management, Contractual management, talent acquisition, and employee development across multiple projects related to social welfare, community development, and other relevant areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the context of social sector projects or non-profit organizations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
