Background:

Right To Play is a non-profit Global development organization that operates in more than 20 countries across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Its vision is to enhance the lives of children and youth residing in conflict, disease, or natural disaster-stricken communities using sport-based development programs. RTP has become a global leader in Sports for Development, reaching millions of individuals through structured programs that yield sustainable outcomes in protecting, educating, and empowering women, children, and youth. RTP began working in Pakistan in 2008 and is registered in Pakistan after signing a bilateral MoU with the Ministry of Interior, Govt of Pakistan, and have implemented various programs in 22 districts of Pakistan (ICT, Sindh, Punjab and KPK) on improving quality of education, life skills, gender inclusion, prevention of violence against and among children and holistic development of children and youth through participation in play and sports activities.

Currently RTP with the partnership of Social Support for Afghan Refugees and Host Communities (SSARC) program and in collaboration with Global Programme Sport for Development (GP-S4D) has planned to initiate program activities to capacitate selected coaches with an aim to strengthen the level of social cohesion, promote gender equality, enhance resilience, promote peaceful conflict resolution, and promote inclusion by integrating S4D as an approach in the community structure as well as the government departments/CAR structures. The proposed project targets six districts: Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Kohat, Mardan, and Haripur, and eight different locations in these six different districts.

Task Overview:

Right To Play is seeking the services of a reputable firm/individual media expert to document project activities dispersed over a 11-month period, from December 2023 to September 2024. The agency will be engaged for total 30 days between June 2024 to September 2024 to capture different events and activities scheduled (tentative days of photography will be shared one week before travelling). The project spans across various locations in Peshawar, Kohat, Charsada, Mardan, Nowshera and Haripur and aims to capture and communicate our initiatives effectively.

Scope of Work:

  • Provide video coverage for specific project events and activities, including but not limited to regular activities with children, community events, exposure visits, sport tournaments etc.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content that tells a compelling narrative of the project (cutting, color correction, audio enhancement, and subtitles).
  • Incorporate project branding and graphics as required.
  • Provide draft versions for review and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
  • Be prepared to cover project activities in various areas as directed by the project team.
  • Adhere to strict timelines for video coverage and editing as specified in the project schedule.
  • Ensure timely delivery of draft and final video content.

Payment Terms: Payment to the media agency will be structured as follows:

  • The payment will be made within one or two weeks of the invoice submitted after deducting the tax as per FBR rules.

Deliverables:

The media agency will be required to submit the following:

  • Edited and finalized 4-minute video highlighting project activities (including animations)
  • 100 High-resolution photographs of various activities
  • All the raw data

Evaluation Criteria:

The selection of the media agency will be based on the following criteria:

  • An experienced agency preferably based in Peshawar or Islamabad.
  • Demonstrated experience in photography and video coverage, production, and editing.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work of similar nature.
  • Technical proficiency and equipment availability.
  • Proposed project approach and methodology.
  • Cost-effectiveness/Financial Proposal

Timeline: This activity will commence from June 2024 and will continue till the end of the project. Tentative activity dates and locations will be shared as per the plan.

Budget: The media agency is required to quote per day services chargers.
