The Project Closeout Advisor T03/TO4 will conduct in-depth analysis of the TO3/TO4 funding streams, milestones, and achievements of the project. The incumbent will compose a  comprehensive closeout report, ensuring alignment with project goals and outcomes, and support all closeout activities to facilitate smooth project conclusion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed analysis of the T03/TO4 funding streams within the project, extracting objectives, key milestones, challenges, and achievements to form the basis of the closeout report.
• Compose and finalize a clear, concise, and relevant project closeout report ensuring alignment with project goals and effectively communicating the outcomes and overall success of the project.
• Support the projects closeout activities as and when required.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Public Health or relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in health services delivery domain
• Familiarity with health care delivery system in Pakistan
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills.
