We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing and SEO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase our online presence, engage with our target audience, and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and SEO strategies to increase the company's online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive targeted traffic to the website.

  2. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve SEO performance.

  3. Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO strategies, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

  4. Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

  5. Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all digital content is optimized for search engines and aligned with the company's marketing objectives.

  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, digital marketing best practices, and search engine algorithms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

  7. Oversee social media marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.

  8. Analyze competitor marketing strategies and performance to identify opportunities and threats.

  9. Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and features.

  10. Generate monthly reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and SEO Expert or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  4. Experience with SEO and marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  5. Knowledge of PPC management and optimization.
  6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
