Relevant Experience:

  • Proven experience School Administration.
  • Experience as an educator is a plus point.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes of schools.
  • Ability to use computers (MS Office) and education management systems.
  • Understanding and experience of using reporting tools, emails and internet.
  • Understanding and reviewing the way the school and all its departments function.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Description:

  • Ensure all administration, management and supervision of tasks assigned by Moawin Foundation by Its GM Programmes and other officers.
  • Ensuring fair allocation and utilization of resources & funding by Moawin Foundation and by the school.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, and supervise the work of contractor and Labour for the work assigned by MF Head Office.
  • Obtain the quotations, cost estimates from the local markets from time to time as and when required under the direction and approved budget of Moawin Foundation.
  • Supervision of all repair & maintenance renovation and up-gradation jobs in the school as assigned by Moawin Foundation.
  • Carry out assessment, survey, cost estimates for jobs assigned by Moawin Foundation from time to time in the school.
  • Prepare, maintain and periodical reports in timely manners for the school activities, interventions, expenses, petty cash and project cost reports to and on behalf of Moawin Foundation as and when required.
  • Arrange and handle the meeting, trainings and other sessions as directed by Moawin Foundation or by the school under Moawin Foundation’s approval.
  • Liaison with Schools’ Heads and other staff for the betterment of schools infra-structure by day to day repair & maintenance, renovation and up-gradations as approved by MF Head office.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with school heads, staff, all relevant to schools.
  • Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with local education and other departments and visit from time to time as and when required.
  • Keep good relations with schools administration, teachers and support staff and ensure to have timely data for reporting to Moawin Foundation head office.
  • Any other task assigned by the School’s Head or GM Programmes of MF.
  • Maintaining school record, basic data including student data base.
  • Periodical report to MF Head Office on the activities carried out in the school under the specific funding & budget allocated by MF.
  • Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of the school building.
