Job Description:

To manage and analyze program data by maintaining accurate databases, validating field information, and preparing timely reports and dashboards for effective monitoring and donor reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate databases of program activities, outputs, and beneficiaries.
• Analyze data and prepare timely monitoring reports for internal and donor reporting.
• Ensure timely data entry and validation of field data.
• Support the development of dashboards or visual data presentations.

Accountability:

• Establish and manage community feedback and complaint response mechanisms (CRM).
• Ensure beneficiaries are aware of their rights, entitlements, and how to provide feedback.
• Document and report complaints and ensure proper follow-up

Learning & Knowledge Sharing:

• Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories.
• Organize reflection sessions and learning reviews with program teams.
• Support knowledge management and information dissemination.

 Coordination & Capacity Building:

• Provide technical support and training to field staff on MEAL tools and approaches.
• Coordinate with program and partner teams to ensure data quality and program improvement.
• Represent MEAL in coordination meetings if required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field
• Work in Emergency projects
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in MEAL, preferably in humanitarian/emergency contexts
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor
