Essential Responsibilities
Logistics:
- Support in preparation of fuel and other logistics Payments and its submission to finance.
- Support in digital archiving of vehicles logbooks and other relevant data of log team.
- Support in tagging of assets in MC ISB office.
- Support Log Co and Assets controller in management of assets.
- Support the log team to finalize the auction list and its process.
- Support in preparation of the inventory/ Furniture list of the MC- ISB office.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor.
Procurement:
- Follow up with supplier/ service providers for submission and correction of invoices.
- Preparation of basic and ground working on procurement documents.
- Assist in scanning and archiving of procurement documents.
- Follow up with suppliers for delivery of supplies.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor.
