Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of necessary paperwork.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and analyzing performance data.
Assist in providing feedback to employees and managers on performance evaluations.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Staff Health & Life Insurance Administration:
Maintain accurate records of staff enrollments and terminations in the insurance system.
Ensure timely reporting of employee additions and deletions to the insurance company.
Facilitate prompt submission of insurance premium payments to the finance department.
Any Other task assigned by Manager HR facilitated by Chief Operating Officer.
