The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking for highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer-Compensation & HR Operations based at Central Office, Rawalpindi.
Responsibilites:
- The incumbent will be responsible to assist HR team in executing of functions related to compensation & HR operations across the AKHS, P including preparation of monthly payroll of more than 1000 staff, administration of staff benefits that includes, PF, gratuity, leaves, health & life insurance, and processing of full & final settlement of outgoing staff.
- S/ he will assist HR team to complete periodic performance appraisal cycle and increment from data entry/verification to issuance of letters.
- S/he will be responsible to maintain and update personal files and other compensation & statutory record as per standard checklists.
