Job Title: HR Generalist (Immediate basis)

 Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
• Process payroll, leaves, and attendance systems accurately.

Performance Management:

• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and guide managers in conducting evaluations.
• Assist in setting and reviewing employee goals and development plans.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and organize workshops or seminars to enhance staff skills.
• Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for hospital staff.

Compliance and Policy Management:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

HR Reporting:

Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
