Digital Marketing Consultant / Trainer

Duties

• Conduct a needs assessment for digital skill.
• Prepare training modules, manuals.
• Prepare beneficiary-friendly training materials based on the training programs.
• Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Prepare a list of equipment and toolkits needed for the training
• Conduct training as needed.
• Report on the status of training implementation.
• Cooperate in the monitoring of the M&E department, if necessary.
• Develop evaluation criteria and evaluate training participants.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Person Specification

• At least 5-7 years’ experience of providing vocational and skills training in digital skill.
• Creative mindset to develop engaging and innovative digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in projects related to support and/or livelihood improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency of English and Urdu. Proficiency of Sindhi is desired.
•  Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Leadership and independently work skill.
