Certification Or Degree In Surgical Technology Or A Related Field From An Accredited Program. 

Proven Experience As An OT Technician. 

Strong Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures, Instruments, And Safety Protocols. 

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. 

Ability To Work Effectively Under Pressure And In Emergency Situations.
