Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in BSCS, BSIT, MBA, BS Telecom, BSSE from HEC recognized university.
Any qualification or certification in Project Management will be given preference
Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 02-03 years of dealing with projects.
Ability to provide leadership, counsel, must have undertaken such projects in the past, motivation, and constructive performance reviews to staff, securing their respective commitments to the goals of the Project.
Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English
Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong knowledge of implementing such projects and Pakistan IT & ITeS industry
Well-versed with office productivity, complete MS Office, & other international project management tools like Trello, etc.
Manage project team, assign work and monitor project budget, schedule, and performance
Review and approve consultancy and audit reports.
To assist the project director in performing routine project-related tasks and activities
Continuous monitoring of project milestones and deliverables for proper utilization of funds in line with project scope, objectives, and rules & regulations
Regular follow-ups on the release of funds with the Ministry of IT and other Govt. Departments
Contract management including drafting of contracts, signing of the contracts, and execution of the contracts
To sign contract agreements with the service providers etc.
To facilitate in achieving set targets and implementation of short- and long-range goals.
To issue sanctions, office orders, meeting minutes
Perform milestone review visits along with higher management
