Proposals are invited from eligible firms/companies for providing various services/goods as mentioned below and in attached Document. ASI requires various goods and services suppliers for its Office and Staff House within Islamabad and in two provincial capitals (Lahore and Peshawar). Qualified bidder will be offered a service contract of one year (initially), which will be extended annually, based on performance and subject to availability of project funding.

Description of the services required:

The selected service provider will provide high standard services to ASI for below categories.

1. Repair and Maintenance

2. Air Ticketing

3. Groceries

4. Stationery and Office Printing

5. Furniture

6. IT Equipment’s

Note: General Order Supplier’s (General Order Suppliers are encouraged to apply on any of the above category/ies). All interested Vendors/Suppliers should fill attached Pre-Qualification Form.

Businesses owned by Female's and Small Medium Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) are Encouraged to apply under all categories mentioned in the attached RFP.
