JOB RESPONISIBILITIES:
- The Provincial Project Coordinator (PPC) will play a critical role in assisting the Program Manager in planning and executing of project initiatives
- Maintain strong networking and collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation project
- Coordination with provincial police establishment and judicial academies and provincial level stakeholders that include the education department, academia, lawyers, legislators, and civil society to collaborate and execute the project activities
- Coordinate and maintain strong linkages with members of Pakistan Forum for Democratic Policing (PFDP) and Ending Violence Against Women & Girls Alliance (EVAW/G) in KP & Balochistan
- Plan and carry out awareness raising campaigns in multiple districts and different communities in coordination with project team
- Plan, prepare, and execution of seminars, meetings, and trainings etc. in coordination with the project team
- Prepare project related presentation, budget and reports i.e. monthly/quarterly reports, donor reports and activity budget and monthly progress report (MPR) and work plans for the upcoming activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- 16 years of education
- 7 years of experience in the development sector on projects related to gender equality and women empowerment.
- Sound understanding of socio-political context and working of police and judiciary
- Work experience and familiar with government departments, and civil society
- Experience of working with/and managing networks and have strong coordination and networking skills
- Experience of conducting and delivering trainings
- Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills (English and Urdu & regional languages will be an added advantage).
- Willingness and availability for frequent travel
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in project management tools and software and must have command of MS Office suits.
- Sensitivity towards gender, women, and children’s issues
- Willingness to take up challenging tasks on short notice
