Position Objectives:

  • The main objective of this position is to support the Finance Manager for all the routine tasks in the Finance Department.

  1. Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

1.       

  • Directly reporting to Finance manager; should have proactive and supportive approach in financial file management, financial and administrative activities.

2.       

  • Maintenance of books of accounts i.e Cash Book, Bank Book, Journals on SidatHyder Financials & manage all bank and cash payments.

3.       

Maintenance and reconciliation of Petty Cash & Prepares donor funds reconciliations & reporting

4.       

Ensure that supporting documentation and approvals are provided with all the vouchers.

5.       

Bank Book and Cash book management; Withdrawals and transfer of funds from banks.

6.       

Preparation and maintenance of Vouchers and ledgers.

7.       

Preparation of bank reconciliation at the end of each month and when required.

8.       

Maintenance of Assets registers and inventory management.

9.       

Day to Day financial operations and proper financial record in financial software as per the financial standards.

10.   

Travel to field as per requirement and do the follow-ups on short comings identified.

11.   

Preparing parties ledger, staff advances, Operational advances & Staff OPD record.

12.   

Issuing of working / Operational advance to staff as per PRCS Polices.

13.   

Correlation of staff Time Sheets and attendance record with Payroll Data.

14.   

Support to District Branch in logistics and administration.

15.   

Assist maintenance of assets as per PRCS policies.

16.   

Complying with taxation laws of the country (Withholding and filing).

17.   

Take care of administrative and logistic matters.

18.   

Assist Line Manager in report compilation within timeline.

19.   

Timely correspondence and closure of books with District Branches.

20.   

Any other Official task assigned by the line manager.

  •  

Education

 

MBA Finance / M.Com, BBA(Hons) , BS commerce (Accounting & Finance), ACCAfrom an HEC recognized University.

 

Skills

 

  • Financial Software (Sidat Hyder).
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excel-Financial Analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Financial Reporting / Report Writing

 

Experience.

 

5 years’ experience in the Finance field in reputed Organization. Social / Humanitarian sector experience would be a great benefit.

 

Maximum age limitup to 45 years.

 

Travelling.

Need Base to Merged Districts & Headquarter.
