Job Description:
- Conduct a needs assessment in consultation with the survey team.
- Prepare training programs in cooperation with the implementing agencies.
- Prepare beneficiary-friendly training materials based on the training programs.
- Prepare a list of equipment and toolkits needed for the training in cooperation with the procurement officer.
- Conduct training. Training instructors as needed.
- Report on the status of training implementation.
- Conduct post training mentoring and follow-up
- Support market linkage
- Cooperate in the monitoring of the survey team, if necessary.
- Develop evaluation criteria and evaluate training participants
Job Specifications
- At least 5 years’ experience of providing vocational and skills training in digital marketing and/or digital technology application in business expansion
- Experience in projects related to refugee support and/or livelihood improvement
- Excellent proficiency of English and Urdu. Proficiency of Pashtun is desired. Good command of Dari is an asset.
- Being a qualified DACUM Facilitator is an asset
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Leadership and independently work skill
