Job Description:
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities may include but not limited to;
Time Management, Clear Communication, Quick Response on Tasks, Bring New Ideas
- Office Management & Coordination
- Developing Media (newspapers, websites, social media platforms, influencers database, developing new contacts with media (national & international)
- Organize Media Events, Press Conference, invite media at events, make calls and ensure their presence at events
- Writing a press release, translation, proof reading, disseminate to media and disseminate through WhatsApp, Emails
- Identify & Arrange Talk Shows/Morning Shows on TV, Radio, Podcasts for clients to talk on their initiatives.
- Visit to different cities for office work, visits (Not regularly but on important events)
- Six Days of Complete Office Work. During media events, office hours may extend to 6pm (until completion of tasks)
- Organizing Twitter Trending Campaigns
- Maintain DTC Website, its layout and content and manage assigned DTC Social Media Pages
- Identifying potential clients for the organization, maintaining client’s database
- Individual visits to client offices for meetings, coordination and events planning (as and when required)
- Daily Monitoring of newspapers, websites (Not extensive)
- Not allowed to work on any other platform (paid or volunteer)
