Scope of Work
The scope of work for this role involves planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns to raise awareness about DOPASI Foundation’s initiatives and engage supporters. This includes creating and managing mission-aligned content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as coordinating digital advocacy efforts around key programs, partnerships, and global observance days. The role also entails monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement and reach, collaborating with program and communications teams to craft compelling impact stories and donor communications, and ensuring all digital content aligns with the Foundation’s voice, values, and ethical storytelling standards. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on digital trends and social justice narratives to expand the Foundation’s digital presence, along with supporting regular website content updates to reflect ongoing projects and calls to action.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful digital marketing and social media campaigns to raise awareness about DOPASI Foundation’s initiatives, mobilize supporters, and promote key projects that empower marginalized communities.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging, mission-driven content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, highlighting DOPASI Foundation’s work.
- Coordinate digital advocacy campaigns for key initiatives, including program awareness, partnerships, community outreach, and global observance days (e.g., World Health Day, International Women’s Day), ensuring alignment with DOPASI’s mission and goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance through analytics tools, providing insights to optimize reach, engagement, and supporter action for ongoing and future initiatives.
- Collaborate with program and communications team to craft compelling narratives, impact stories, and donor communications that resonate with target audiences and showcase the Foundation's achievements and progress.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the Foundation’s voice, mission, and ethical storytelling standards, adhering to DOPASI’s core values and ensuring responsible representation of the communities served.
- Stay up to date on digital trends and relevant social justice movements, identifying new opportunities to amplify DOPASI Foundation’s advocacy work and expand its digital presence.
- Support website content updates to ensure that all online platforms reflect the latest projects, initiatives, and calls to action from the Foundation.

- Increased awareness, reach and engagement through digital platforms by 25% within the first 6-months.
- Created and managed high-impact content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to promote DOPASI’s mission and programs.

- Monitored, analyzed, and optimized campaigns using performance analytics tools, with actionable insights driving continuous improvement.

- Maintained strict alignment of all digital content with DOPASI’s voice, values, and standards.
- Proactively tracked digital trends and leveraged timely opportunities to expand DOPASI’s online presence and footprint.
- Regularly updated website content to reflect active initiatives, partnerships and calls-to-action, resulting in higher user engagement and visibility.
Educational & Experience Requirement
The individual holding this position shall possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the NGO, and nonprofit.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics, Canva, etc.
- Proven track record in running successful cause-based campaigns and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences (beneficiaries, donors, partners).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ethical storytelling and inclusive communications is a strong advantage.
- Strong commitment to integrity and inclusivity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
