Relevant Experience:

• 16 years of education
• 5 years of experience in the development sector on education and children-related programs and gender mainstreaming standards, and best practices.
• A strong understanding and experience in working with the Government sector and education institutes in KP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Preference will be given to Pushto speaking candidate.

Job Description:

The Project Officer will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring of a project aiming at gender mainstreaming.  This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation of the project in Rozan’s children program. Key responsivities include;

• Planning, preparation, and implementation of project related workshops, seminars, meetings, and other activities.
• Coordination with field level partners and institutions that include the government education department and attached departments on project implementation.
• Assist Program Manager by preparing relevant documentation, i.e. meeting minutes, project summaries, and briefing notes.
• Assist in collecting data of target beneficiaries, and MoVs and writing weekly & monthly plans and reports.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits and submit the monitoring report with the recommended/agreed action plan to the program team and Manager M&E
• Collect work plans, activity reports, project-related documents, and pictures/video clips on a regular basis from local partners to measure achievement against the deliverables.
