Skills of developing Project Proposals.
2	Livelihood & Training Officer (Male)	Male/Female	Quetta/Chaghi	Master Degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies	5-7 Years	Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in development sector preferably related of livelihood projects. Experience of conducting and reporting trainings. Strong communication, reporting and computer skills. Should be fluent in Local languages. Good Knowledge of Project Reporting Cycle.
3	Field Engineer	Male	Quetta/Chaghi	B.E in Civil Engineering	3-5 Years	Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in development sector. Must be registered with PEC. Computer proficiency is compulsory. should be fluent in Local languages.
4	Field Admin. & Logistic Officer	Male	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Commerce/ Finance	5-6 Years	Minimum of 5-6 years relevant work experience in development sector. Strong communication and Computer skills. Should be fluent in Local languages.
5	Social Mobilizer	Male/Female	Quetta/Chaghi	Graduation in Social Sciences	3-5 Years	Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in development sector. Should be good in conducting field assessment, social mapping, community dialogue and engagement. Interpersonal skills, field reporting etc. are required.
6	Cash Disbursement Officer	Male	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in any discipline.	3-5 Years	Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in development sector preferably in Emergency response. Computer proficiency is must. Should be fluent in Local languages. Knowledge and skills related to Finance/ Cash dealing will be considered a plus.
7	Monitoring & Evaluation Officer	Male/Female	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies	5-8 Years	Minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience preferably in Emergency Response. Strong communication, reporting and computer skills. Should be fluent in Local languages.
8	Assistant Monitoring & Evaluation Officer	Male	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies	3-5 Years	Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience preferably in Emergency Response. Strong communication and computer skills. Should be fluent in Local languages.
9	Data Entry Operator	Male	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Computer Science or DIT with Master degree in Social Sciences	3-5 Years	Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in development sector. Data cleaning, Data Analysing, dealing, communities’ liaison. Expertise in Word and Excel & PowerPoint. Conducting surveys etc. Experience in the field of Data Entry with Local and International NGO. Experience of emergency situation especially with the Cash for work/ Livelihoods and early recovery.
10	Data Analyst	Male	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Statistics/ BS in Computer Sciences	3-5 Years	Minimum of 3-5 years work experience of data management, analysis and reporting. Strong communication, analytical reporting and computer skills. Knowledge of local languages would be a plus.
11	MEAL & Reporting Officer	Male/Female	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies	5-8 Years	Minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience in development sector preferably in Emergency Response. Strong communication and computer skills. Should be fluent in Local languages.
12	Education Officer	Male/Female	Quetta/Chaghi	Master degree in Education/ Social Sciences or related fields.	5-7 Years	Minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience in development sector. Good English and Urdu verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of local languages will be considered a plus. Excellent negotiating, communication and report writing skills. Computer skills especially use of MS Office. The Job will require extensive traveling in Balochistan
