Relevant Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or relative field
- Proven experience of at least 02-5 years in similar role
- Proficient in MS office (word, Excel and power point)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
Job Description:
- Maintaining CEO’s calendar. Planning, setting up, coordinating, and scheduling executive and other meetings for the CEO.
- Screening, Processing, and keeping records of all incoming correspondence from both within and outside the organization.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Must be cable of communicating the instructions given by the CEO accurately and timely to all offices.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, where required.
- Developing and coordinating the implementation of office systems and procedures.
- Determining matters of top priority and handling them accordingly.
- Taking a transcribing dictation by the CEO.
- Must have well-written skills with the capability of writing formal letters.
- Assess the urgency and importance of the matters and take appropriate actions. The candidate must be a problem solver.
