1. Review all payment requisitions from taxation point of view and of expenditure for accuracy and to ensure that the budget is transparent & followed and matching with HA financial manual and procedure
2. Responsible for preparation and filing of returns for sales tax, Income tax other forms of taxes and charges
3. Assist in preparation of complete grants budgets which include cost recovery of staff costs and support services
4. Ensure cross charging of employee’s costs and other costs in all projects.
5. To be responsible on data entries on the current Quick book & Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) system.
6. Assist and support Manager Finance in ensuring that field expenditures meet Human Appeal and institutional donor requirements and remain within the approved plans and budgets.
7. Payroll Function
8. Assist in month end, half yearly and annual closing of books of accounts
9. Assist in annual audit, tax audit, donor audit & HQ audit
10. Other tasks where required: Other tasks as & when instructed by the Supervisor

Qualification & Experience:

• ICMA, CA Inter with article ship, ACCA, MBA (Finance)
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience, preferably in NGO/INGO 
• MS Office Suite, IRIS, EOBI Portal knowledge, Quick book/NAV
• Ability to work in a complex humanitarian environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform;
• Problem solving ability.
• Fluency in local languages along with good English knowledge
