Request for Proposal:

Consultancy to provide services to conduct action research for various thematic areas under the LEAD for SDGs Program in Larkana, Noushehroferoze, Quetta and Kech distrits of the Balochistan and Sindh provinces. United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC) and Association for Development of Local Governance (ADLG) are implementing a project “Local Empowerment, Advocacy and Development for SDGs Localization in Pakistan (LEAD for SDGs)” to contribute the on-going efforts of the stakeholders to localize and achieve SDGs essentially in Balochistan and Sindh provinces. ADLG, invites individual consultants and consulting firms to submit competitive Technical & Financial proposals conduct action research at aforementioned district and provincial levels around the thematic areas mentioned in the terms of references for details see Annex A (terms of references).
