Overview:

Alliance for Integrated Development (AID), a national non-profit organization, invites qualified individuals/firms to submit proposals for conducting a Market and Skills Gap Analysis under the EMPOWER project. The analysis will provide evidence-based insights to guide skills development, job placement, and entrepreneurship interventions targeting Afghan refugees and host communities in District Peshawar.

Key Deliverables:

• Market and skills gap analysis identifying employment opportunities and critical skill gaps.
• Inception and Final Reports with actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in labor market studies and skills gap analysis.
• Strong contextual knowledge of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly Afghan refugee settings.
• Experience in working with youth, women, and marginalized communities.
• Technical and financial proposals in line with the detailed ToRs.

How to Apply:

Interested individuals/organizations should submit sealed hard copies of their Technical and Financial Proposals, along with a USB containing soft copies, to the address House # 59-B, Syed Jamal Ud Din Afghani Road, University Town, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Proposals must be received by Monday, 19th May 2025 (COB). Late submissions will not be accepted.
