Job Description of Program Intern

1. Assisting in the planning and implementation of field activities
2. Conducting research on community needs, resources, and potential partners
3. Supporting the recruitment and training of volunteers and community members to participate in field activities.
4. Participating in field visits and assessments to evaluate the impact of the organization's programs and services.
5. Assisting in the development and distribution of informational materials and resources to support field activities.
6. Maintaining accurate records and data on field activities, including participant demographics, program outputs and outcomes, and budget expenditures.
7. Collaborating with other departments within the organization, including program management, finance, and communications, to ensure field activities are aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
8. Staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in community engagement and program design, and contributing ideas to improve field activities.
