REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:    

• Ensure identification and placements of over 500 youth in different TVET institutes in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This involves identification, facilitation, enrollment as well as liaison with donor and TVET institutes.
• Ensure financial documentation and compliance with donor and TVET institutes.
• Data entry of all trainees into MIS database.
• Develop strong relationship with community leaders, youth and influential of the intervention area.
• Prepare periodic program plans on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the intervention under supervision of project lead and in partnership of community representatives.
• Ensure implementation of follow ups of workshops and other program activities.
• Ensure project visibility through networking with key stakeholders in consultation with Project Manager.
• Facilitate Youth Groups in coordinating and conducting meetings with local public office holders to improve the role of low-income youth in public and private forums at local level.
• Ensure placements and follow ups of trained youth in internship programs and employment opportunities.
• Assist Project Manager in gathering information in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the donors.
• Actively participates in internal/external capacity building forums and takes initiatives to use that learning in project activities.
• Show commitment and openness to his/her own learning.
• Sensitivity towards gender, women and children issues.
• Willingness to take up challenging tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:    

• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or Graduate Degree in Technical & Vocational Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience related to technical vocational trainings and work related to youth placement in TVET institutes.
• A strong understanding and experience in working with TVET institutes in Federal and Punjab area.
