Role Outline:

The Candidate will be responsible to teach the trainees of the given curriculum and assist them to achieve the targets of the training. He/she should have sound knowledge about planning, accommodation, transportation, insurance, and other travel services Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and offer appropriate destinations.

Main responsibilities:

1. Use an effective way of teaching and focus on every trainee’s performance.
2. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
3. Monitoring of project activities including orientation of staff, daily attendance, training implementation plan, ensuring quality training, conducting feedback sessions, pre-post-test, and data collection
4. Use trending promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
5. Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
6. Handle deposits and payments for booking.
7. Should have sufficient knowledge about tourism management and the hotel industry.

9. Enter data into software and maintain client files

Experience:
