Assistant Marketing Manager

An enthusiastic, motivated and target oriented female required for our organization. If you are passionate about your career development, we are looking to hire you for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager.

  • Responsible for creating and coordinating the implementation of an integrated marketing program, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations.
  • Expertise of technical writing skills for proposal development, and promotional material.
  • To participate in planning and implementing marketing strategies; meeting with departments to provide consultation and to assess products and programs; 
  • Confers with department directors, committees, managers, and staff teams to provide marketing consultation. Assesses products and programs and makes recommendations for profit potential via marketing programs. Develops related strategies and provides training on how to implement strategies.
  • Creates written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues.
  • Responsible for contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails or home visits in order to create awareness for products and improve sales.
  • To establish good rapport with clients and ensure customer relationship is maintained to reduce clientele attrition.
  • Identify appropriate external event opportunities and arrange attendance including relevant support material
  • Secure and maintain relevant corporate memberships, trade press and sponsorships through appropriate soliciting activities
  • Develop, manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate interest
  • Monitoring and update internal documents and systems to the best possible standards within our resources.
  • Maintain awareness of version control and enforce its correct use within the Company wherever possible within our resources.
  • Undertake any tasks that are in addition to those listed in the Job Description where required and within capabilities.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Expertise of technical writing skills for proposal development, and promotional material. One year of progressively responsible experience in managing marketing and communication activities.

Salary Package for the position will start from 30 K with one year of experience.
