Qualification:             Masters

Experience:                More than 7 years in development sector particularly with

monitoring and evaluation assignments

Skills requiredReport Writing, Communication, Multitasking,Monitoring, Planning, Budgeting.

Any Other Req:         Certificate courses in Computer Literacy, English Language, Humanitarian Trainings (National & International).

Description:

  • Developing and implementing project’s MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning)
  • Plan.
  • Coordinating the implementation of baseline surveys, consultancy services, follow‐on
  • monitoring, and evaluation exercises.
  • Managing the process of tracking and reporting on progress against the project’s
  • Targets.
  • Supporting Communications Specialist in the development of reports, conference
  • papers, and other learning materials using the evidence base data of the project.
  • Supervising field data collection and analyze M&E outputs and program data.
  • Coordinating, compiling, documenting, and disseminating the weekly, monthly,
  • quarterly, and annual reports of the project along with periodic updates and success
  • stories.
  • Taking lead in quarterly and annual reporting to USAID, including reviewing and
  • updating MEL plan, and updating the online USAID reporting system (Pak Info)
  • periodically.
  • Designing data collection tools and methods, including surveys, interviews, focus
  • groups, and other techniques, to collect data on project activities and outcomes.
  • Compliance with USAID regulations and policies related to monitoring and evaluation.
  • Participating in project planning and management activities, including the development
  • of concept papers, work plans, and budgets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure
  • project effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Any other related work as assigned by COP/HOD WASH.
