Background

HelpAge International is a global network of organizations promoting the right of all older people to lead dignified, healthy, and secure lives. HAI brings together a wide range of organizations and individuals working together to ensure that older people lead dignified, active, healthy, and secure lives. HelpAge International Pakistan office provides technical as well as substantive advice and capacity building to national and international NGOs as well as government agencies on aging, inclusive Humanitarian and Development actions. Secure income and livelihood, Health and care, Humanitarian and resilience and Policy advocacy are the main thematic areas of work for HelpAge.

HelpAge International Pakistan seeks an individual consultant for desk reviewing of HAI - BMZ FATA, 3-year project (2021- April 2024) final report and to generate/develop annual reports for sharing with the relevant project stakeholders. 

Objective

To develop standardized Final Project report for sharing with external project stakeholders.

 Scope

The consultant is required to undertake the following tasks:

• Desk review of the available reports submitted to donors for developing final report for project stakeholders.
• Edits and corrections of grammatical mistakes, if any.  
• Develop the structure and outline of the final report and share the initial draft with HAI for input/suggestions.
• Finalize the reports based on the inputs/suggestions given by HAI in the initial draft.

 Timeframe:

The consultant needs to complete all the mentioned deliverables during 25 working days throughout a 1-month duration, the time will be counted/started from the signing of the agreement date.

Qualification

Education:  Post-graduate degree in social sciences and other relevant fields.  

Experience:

• A minimum of  5 years of professional experience of working with and experience related to older people. Working experience on the inclusion of older people and PWDs will be preferred. 
• Previous experience in developing qualitative and quantitative reports for different stakeholders
• Strong evidence of teamwork and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated technical writing ability and good analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required, including strong professional communication ability.
• Strong written and spoken English.
