Relevant Experience:

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
API 570 certification required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in inspection of piping systems in industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of API 570 codes and regulations.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and techniques, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and visual inspection.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Conduct inspections of piping systems according to API 570 standards.
Evaluate the condition of piping components, including corrosion, erosion, and mechanical damage.
Perform thickness measurements and assess remaining life calculations.
Review inspection reports and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize inspection activities.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during inspection activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and maintenance personnel.
Stay updated on changes to API 570 standards and other relevant industry regulations.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
