MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Keep close liaison with donors and well-wishers of the organization.
- Maintain, update and monitor donors’ data; reactivate inactive donors.
- Expand donor base; motivates existing donors to become long-term partners.
- Write project proposals, logical frameworks and create budgets to submit to donors.
- Keep all donors aware of activities, progress on their sponsored projects/children and ensures regular contact with them.
- Send greeting cards, news bulletins, brochures, etc. and informs donors of the schedule of documentary/commercials to be aired.
- Write letters and or emails to donors to provide timely information or feedback in a professional manner.
- Ensure professional quality of communication.
- Manage and maintains the contributors’ correspondence record.
- Receive and record all transactions and submit the same to the Finance and Accounts Department for the issuance of receipts.
- Collect the required data from relevant departments for responding to queries, complaints or concerns promptly, courteously, accurately and professionally.
- Prepare requisition forms for departments’ requirements and donors’ visits.
- Facilitate donors’ visits to the field.
- Report respective concerns to respective supervisors, and timely inform supervisor of any delays.
- Maintain close coordination with departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure donors’ visibility requirements in projects and programs.
- Any other Task assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as development studies, Project management, or business administration marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in donor reporting, project management and programmatic support and marketing communications
- Proven experience in donor mapping, project cycle management, report writing, training delivery, and monitoring & evaluation.
- Proficient in MS Office excel, word and Power point skiils.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and [local language(s)], proficiency in Urdu an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
