Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, with excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a presentable demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings both in-person and online platforms, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project documentation and ensure that all relevant materials are organized and accessible.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Correspondence with all regulators and relevant government authorities through phone, letters and emails
- Timely media scan to track related news
- Arrange and attend technical meetings, take minutes, and issue for record and action
- Keep track of regulatory authority approvals, licenses, and MOUs and Keep them updated and seek extensions before expiry
- Design and implement filing system. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars & schedules
- Assist the project team in logistics and travel
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of project staff, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO or senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Presentable demeanor with professional attire and conduct.
